TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

In these terms and conditions, “the Company,” “we,” or “us” refers to Pinion Limited, and “the Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual, firm, company, or entity that places an order with Pinion Limited. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By accessing or using our website or any part of it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Pinion Limited reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. The revised terms will become effective immediately upon posting.

 

GENERAL

1.     The prices charged are those applicable on the date you place your order with us. Product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, product, or content at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of service.

 

2.     All orders are subject to final confirmation of availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion. If we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will inform you by phone or email before delivery.

 

3.     It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order for alcohol products with us, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. You must ensure that no one uses your login to purchase alcohol products unless they are 18 or older. At the time of delivery, a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to receive the order, otherwise delivery may be withdrawn and rescheduled for another time as agreed.

 

REGISTRATION

4.     You may be required to register before placing any order through our website. When registering:

·      You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

·      You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password.

·      We will assume that any person using the website with your username and password is you or someone authorized by you.

·      We reserves the absolute right to refuse registration to any potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer at our sole discretion and for any reason.

·      You must notify us immediately of any changes to your registration information so that we can communicate with you effectively.

·      If your account remains inactive for a specified period (currently, three years), we may, for your protection and ours, deem your account to be inactive and deactivate it. In such cases, any accumulated points and/or e-vouchers may be forfeited (if applicable). You will need to reapply for a new account to make further purchases through our website.

 

DELIVERY

5.     Before placing your order, you may be presented with various delivery options to choose from. You must select a delivery option to proceed with your order.

 

6.     Any delivery times and dates provided by us or our delivery partners are estimates and for your reference only; they do not form a binding part of the agreement between you and us. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or liability resulting from orders not being delivered by the estimated time or date. However, if your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

 

DAMAGE TO GOODS

7.     We ask that you inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damage. If you find any issues, please notify our customer service team by emailing info@pinionhk.com within 3 days of the date of delivery. We reserves the right to refuse any claims made after this period.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

8.     If you receive items that have quality issues or are incorrect, please email info@pinionhk.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) within 3 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

 

9.     Please note that only one refund request can be made per order.

 

10.  Items cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality reasons, or for reasons other than receiving the wrong or incorrect item(s), or an incorrect quantity.

 

11.  Currently, we offer two refund methods:

·       Refund via e-voucher: Once your refund request is approved, an e-voucher will be issued within approximately 7 working days, which you may use on your next purchase.

 

·       Refund to original payment method: Refunds will be made to the payment account used for your order. This process generally takes 1 to 2 weeks after your refund request is approved (timing may vary depending on payment method and financial institutions).

 

12.  In case of any dispute, Pinion Limited reserves the right of final decision.

 

TITLE

13.  All risks in the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. However, Pinion Limited retains title to the goods until full payment has been received.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

14.   The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.

PAYMENT TERMS

15.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and UnionPay for payment.

16.  All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).

17.  The minimum order amount per transaction is HK$50.

18.  If you are a Pinion Limited member, you may redeem e-vouchers under your account to make purchases on our website, subject to our membership policy.

19.  All offers to purchase made on www.pinionhk.com are subject to our sole discretion and may be declined due to stock availability or for any other reason.

20.  We may set credit limits for individual customers and reserves the right to limit or decline sales to any customer at our discretion.

21.  We reserve the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

22.  You may review the most current version of these Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. Pinion Limited reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for any changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
